The newest addition to our “City Series”!  Join us for a unique community event as we introduce you to the parkour version of "H.O.R.S.E."- plus a few fun twists and additions to keep you moving as much as possible!

CITY STICK features "community rounds" with a mix of challenges and jumps identified by our coaches and the community, followed by “challenger rounds” with head-to-head matchups where you and a friend will work on challenges side-by-side and try not to earn the letters that spell out "STICK"!  How long can you hold out?

We’ll set up the rounds to maximize the amount of training and fun involved, and be prepared for a few surprises as well!

Parents and family spectators are welcome to come and watch the action (or join in).
