The Boston Women’s Workshop is a celebration of the female parkour experience and is open to all women, trans-women and non-binary participants (ages 14 - 70+). All movement backgrounds are welcome- parkour practitioners, movement enthusiasts, athletes, anyone interested in being part of a vibrant and diverse community of healthy, fit and mobile movers!
The event is open to all abilities and fitness levels, whether you are an absolute beginner or seasoned pro, there is a space for you! You’ll learn, grow, find challenges and maybe overcome mental or physical obstacles you haven’t even considered. All movement backgrounds are welcome; CrossFit, climbing, obstacle course racing, yoga, pilates, circus arts, boxing, weightlifting, dance, gymnastics, couch-sitting, and anything in between – this event has something for you.

GUEST COACHES
Ruby Romero (NY) - @rubyromero is an experienced coach and super cool mover from our friends at @themovementcreative in NYC! Ruby’s training and movement background is diverse and includes a combination of martial arts, climbing, and dance. She loves the aspect of physical empowerment and strives to share that feeling with everyone she trains with.
Wendy Kinal (CO) - @wendykinalllc is coming in from Boulder, CO for this year's Boston Women's Workshop. Wendy will be bringing an extensive movement background to share some unique play activities, mobility work, and 'Theatrix' for parkour participants! Come play, train and grow with Wendy and other cool humans!
